RETURNS AND REFOUND POLICY

Period: 7 days from the date of receipt.

Condition: Item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Cost: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

2. Late Return (Non-Quality Issue)

Period: Beyond 3 days of receipt.

Condition: Returns not related to product quality.

Cost: Customer must cover both return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

 

3. Final Sale Items

Items: All pieces in the "The Serenity / The Clarity / The Grounding" collections.

Policy: These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Note: Each piece is unique and cannot be replicated. We encourage thoughtful selection and our team is happy to assist before purchase.

 

4. Quality Issue Warranty

 Period: 15 days from the date of receipt.

Service: Free repair or replacement for verified quality-related issues.

Cost: We cover all repair and reshipment costs.

 

5. Repairs After Warranty

Period: After 15 days of receipt.

Coverage: Issues caused by wear, usage, or accidental damage.

Policy: No refunds, but repair services are offered.

Cost: Customer covers two-way shipping costs. Repair fees depend on the level of damage.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Repair?
