1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only to the following countries and regions. We apologize for any inconvenience and are continuously working to expand our service areas.

2. Shipping Costs
Your order total determines the shipping cost:
- Orders of $200 or more qualify for Free Shipping.
- Orders under $200 are subject to a flat $25 shipping fee.
Note: During sales seasons, we often run sitewide free shipping promotions. Please stay tuned for our latest offers!
3. Estimated Shipping Time
The total timeline from order placement to receipt consists of order processing and shipping transportation.
(Please note: This estimate excludes potential delays caused by customs inspections, weekends, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.)
Order Processing: 2-5 business days
Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
Important Notice: Due to logistics and customs clearance procedures, shipments to South America and the Russian Federation may take over 1 month.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email notification containing the tracking information.
Note: Tracking information may take 1-2 business days to become available after shipment. Please allow a short waiting period.
5. Policy for Non-Receipt of Package
If you have not received your order within 30 days of its shipment date, please contact us promptly. We will, at your discretion, either arrange a new shipment for you or process a full refund.
